Florida Judo Rally / Pan-Am Prep
Join us for an afternoon of open judo training, competition preparation, and quality randori with athletes and coaches from clubs across Florida.
The Florida Judo Rally is about getting outside of our normal training rooms, working with new partners, and helping each other prepare for upcoming competition. This session will have a special focus on athletes preparing for the Florida Pan-Am events, but you do not need to be competing to attend.

Youth Session (-13 years): 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Adult Session (+14 years): 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM

What to Expect
We'll keep the session focused on training rather than instruction, giving athletes as much useful mat time as possible. Expect:
- Competition-focused warm-up and movement
- Uchikomi and nage-komi
- Situational and transition training
- Plenty of randori with different partners
- Opportunities to work with athletes from other Florida clubs
- A positive, competitive training environment
All clubs and experience levels are welcome. Coaches are encouraged to bring their athletes and train alongside us.
The goal is simple: more partners, better rounds, stronger Florida judo.
